Mrs D Daburn
Mrs Daburn joined Temple Mill as Acting Headteacher in October 2018, bringing with her a wealth of teaching and leadership experience in Primary Mainstream and Special Education. She has a passion for ensuring all pupils enjoy their time in school, receive the very best learning experiences and achieve their full potential.
Mrs Daburn has responsibility for safeguarding, assessment, curriculum development and teaching and learning throughout the school.
Mr M McCusker
Mr McCusker has been Headteacher at Temple Mill since April 2015, he came to teaching after a career in both the private and public sectors. After a successful stint as Deputy at a school in Dartford he chose to join Temple Mill because he believes wholeheartedly in every child receiving a decent start in life. He is responsible for safeguarding, assessment, curriculum development and teaching and learning throughout the school.
Mrs E Taylor
Deputy Headteacher / SENCo
Mrs Taylor Is the Deputy Headteacher at Temple Mill and has been here since January 2016 leading on Inclusions. She has worked in a number of different schools in Kent and Medway undertaking different roles and responsibilities, including key stage co-ordinator, phase leader, Deputy Head and most recently as a Head of School leading on assessment and CPD. She chose to join Temple Mill as she could see it was a school with great potential to become an outstanding educational provider.

Mrs N Caselton
Mrs Caselton is the EYFS and KS1 leader at Temple Mill and has been here since September 2018. She has worked in a number of schools across Medway and Kent in different roles, including English leader, KS1 leader, EYFS leader and most recently as an Assistant Head leading on Curriculum and CPD. She chose to join Temple Mill because she was enthusiastic to join them on their journey to good and beyond.
Mrs S Champness
Mrs Champness is the Key Stage 2 Leader, overseeing years 3 -6. Gaining QTS in 2011, she started her teaching career in secondary schools within Kent. Specialising in Art, Design and Technology, she has helped implement new curriculums to achieve outstanding results. When her child started school, Mrs Champness' first choice was Temple Mill, as she believed in the dedicated team striving to improve the learning experience for every child. Invested in developing a creative curriculum, she joined Temple Mill in January 2017, and continues to teach in Year 5.
