- Senior Leadership Team
Mr McCusker has been Headteacher at Temple Mill since April 2015, he came to teaching after a career in both the private and public sectors. After a successful stint as Deputy at a school in Dartford he chose to join Temple Mill because he believes wholeheartedly in every child receiving a decent start in life. He is responsible for safeguarding, assessment, curriculum development and teaching and learning throughout the school.
Mrs Taylor has been the Assistant Headteacher at Temple Mill since January 2016 leading on Inclusions. She has worked in a number of different schools in Kent and Medway undertaking different roles and responsibilities, including key stage co-ordinator, phase leader, Deputy Head and most recently as a Head of School leading on assessment and CPD. She chose to join Temple Mill as she could see it was a school with great potential to become an outstanding educational provider.

Miss Leng studied Primary Teaching at the University of Hertfordshire and joined Temple Mill in 2014. Since joining, she has taken on responsibilities as staff governor and is Science lead for the school. She enjoys the challenges and rewards that the job brings and believes in the school and its vision to become outstanding.
Mrs Jones studied at Greenwich University and taught for four years in inner London schools before joining Temple Mill in 2015. She is currently leading the Early Years Foundation Stage and is subject leader for English. She is passionate about teaching and is excited to be part of Temple Millâs journey to becoming an outstanding school where children learn, discover, and grow.
Mrs Morris has been at Temple Mill since 2012, having previously taught in schools in Kent,, Medway and London. Since then, she has taken responsibility for music across the school, organising special assemblies and leading singing. She is also maths lead and is passionate about making Temple Mill's maths provision the best it can be. Mrs Morris is dedicated to helping every child achieve their full potential.
